We recognise that NorthStar’s long term success is dependent on our implants delivering good patient outcomes and our company providing the highest level of service and support. As such, we consider surgeon and nurse education to be a fundamental part of our business.

The first line of training and support is delivered in theatre by our team of Area Managers. Between the 6 people employed by NorthStar to attend surgeries and deliver product training, there is over 40 years of combined company service. We like to think that this stability within the Sales and Marketing team is a reflection of the quality that exists throughout the company.

As a second line of training, we run complimentary skills courses for both surgeons and nurses. Below is a selection of the events that we have provided recently, and a preview of those we have planned for the future:
